Project Scope & Energy-Efficient HVAC Installation

This large-scale residential unit upgrade was designed to deliver superior comfort and individualized climate control for students. In every one of the 84 units, our team performed the following critical tasks:

• Mini-Split Installation: Installed a new three-zone mini-split system with a dedicated external condenser, providing flexible, zone-specific temperature control and drastically improving energy efficiency.
• System Removal and Safety: Safely removed the two existing gas wall heaters per unit, securely capping the gas lines to meet all safety standards.

Exterior Restoration and Aesthetic Improvement
