Project Management

Successfully managed a complex campus renovation and new construction project for the University, acting as a point of contact and owner's representative.

• Contractor Oversight: Directly supervised the performance, progress, and adherence to contract of the national General Contractor.
• Stakeholder Management: Served as the liaison between University leadership, academic departments, facilities, and the General Contractor to ensure project outcomes aligned with institutional goals.
• Scope & Change Control: Led all change order negotiations and approvals, ensuring the project scope remained within the University's budgetary and programmatic requirements.
• Budget & Schedule: Monitored the GC's progress against the master schedule and budget, providing critical reporting and risk assessments to senior University stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Conducted regular site inspections and managed the quality control process to ensure the contractor's work met the University's high standards and specifications.
